I had been waiting for this appointment for 2 months, I would receive numerous calls reminding me of my appointment . When I show up the man there told me my appointment would 45 minutes late and if I wanted to reschedule.. I took off from work and did not want to reschedule. My appointment lasted 15 minutes and nothing was really accomplished. He did the screen and yes I need hearing aids but he said for me to schedule another appointment. I don’t think I will go back.
