Christy was the only one in the office the day of my Appt.. She came out to greet me and made sure that I knew thing were running a little late due to late arrivals. Christy is very nice and personable, she talked like an old friend. Testing was done and explained, but yay my hearing was fine. I will go to this office again, next year as a matter of fact! I would even give this place a star...Zero stars. Y'all WASTE people's time!! Bet you would take me if I had insurance paying for it!! Yall keep advertising FREE Hearing Screenings but what a joke!! Y'all rescheduled on me twice! This 3rd time today (3/27) was supposed to be my appointment at 1:00 p.m. I tried to call and confirm yesterday because they keep texting me to do so. When I called some rude lady answered from another clinic and accused me of talking rude to her! I can't help my voice & was not rude! I have a hoars... read more
Was very happy with my first visit! I came in with very little knowledge of hearing loss problems and walked out confident. Looking forward to my return visit for adjustments!
