I Love New Sound! Chris made my Halo aids sound better than New!
For many years I resisted wearing my hearing aids because they didn't fit. In frustration, I chose to go to Dr. Rand for a solution. She was extremely empathetic and confident that she could help me resolve this issue. She immediately went to work helping me obtain state of the art aids and spent an inordinate amount of time making sure they fit and were properly tuned to my hearing deficits.
