Great service, clean staff great
First time buyer for HA’s and the customer service was very good; the attention was spot on. I was expecting to get a choice of hearing aid options but the lady immediately went to the highest price option; she didn’t offer me a selection of types and explain the differences with each to make an informed decision-I optioned for lower for a price range and hope these will help me. I would recommend this store to others. Next time, have selection and color options ready for the consumer and remind sales folks to show them.
