I went here based on driving by, I should have done my research. After being mistakenly overcharged for hearing aids, they pretty much washed their hands of helping me recoup my money. New Sound Hearing didn't return my calls as she said she would and I'm calling them because they aren't taking care of their responsibilities over getting things completed on their end. Then I get told she's too busy to call me back. I'm stuck with these people for the upkeep of my hearing aids for several years. Please do your research.
