I’ve had the greatest experience using NewSound Hearing Centers. D’Ann and Pat are absolutely wonderful people. They are very helpful and help you every step of the way. Service was good but the hearing aids didn’t work well and when they suggested i get ear molds to help out i was charged two hundred dollars for them i this should be a part of fixing the problem and i should not be charged for them upset
