My mother was enticed by a free hearing test. Of course she needed new hearing aids. They promised to work with her insurance to get partial payment. Th*ts been 20 months ago. They also were very nice to us back then as well. Now, they are so rude. She has free adjustments when needed. Its all a ploy to get you to just give them your money. There is much better facilities out there, trust worthy & honest.

I received your invitation to your complimentary hearing consultation. Hours on the invitation are 9:00am-4:30pm. I wear hearing hearing aids and was interested in scheduling an appointment. However I work 8:00am-5:00pm. Way to offer something those of us that work regular business hours aren't able to attend.
