Good courteous service
I'm writing this review in praise of the technician named Carrie who works at this location. She is a true professional. She is efficient and cheerful and very informative, and what really sold me was when I brought in my 90 year old father in law who has severe memory problems and Carrie was so patient and thorough making sure he understood everything and was completely satisfied with his hearing aid settings. Thank you, ma'am. We need more like you!
Friendly. Explains the procedure. Helpful. I didn't know the receptionist. She was very friendly felt comfortable. She fixed my hearing aid to comfort. Enjoyed my visit.
Appreciate the nurse telling me about cleaning my ears with olive oil. Also cleaning my hearing aids.
