I had an appointment at 11:30 and got in at 11:30 even though there were 2 people ahead of me when I showed up. They were taken care of and had any problems they had resolved. I was called back and had my aids checked and cleaned. Had my ears checked for wax, was none, had new batteries installed and was on my way . Great service.
Very pleasant staff, explained and answered questions wìth knowledge. Happy with purchase, time will tell the story.
I have been with New Sound for a year now and they are always helpful. Today they got me in right away when my HAs were not working at all. She cleaned them up and I’m back in business.
