It was my first medical health experience in regard to my quality of life in regard to my hearing loss. I was treated with patience, kindness, and respect.
I had an appointment at 10:00 Aug.1 2025. Arrived at 9:50 and was seen right away. Had my hearing aids cleaned, ears checked and new batteries installed. I had a video visit with the doctor. She addressed a few issues I was having. The receptionist was very nice and knowledgeable. Glad I use New Sound in Bay City.
