I used New Sound hearing aid in ******** ***** and tried to get my hearing aid fixed due to sound issues and they tried to tell there was nothing wrong with it and due to the age of the hearing aid they no longer would work on it . When went to pick it up she rushed out the door to hand me my hearing aid because they were afraid other customers would here my complaints on this issue . When you pay anywhere from $1800. to $2500. for only one they don't tell you there only good for 5 years .

Bought my first and second set from New Sound in Corpus Christi at the sum of 13,000.00. My last set was damage and I purchased a exact replacement set Audible Platium from another hearing center for 450.00 they were a demo set. I took them to Corpus Christi New Sound and the told me it would cost 560.00 for programming even though I had a service contract on my damaged hearing aids. I agreed to purchase hearing aids from New Sound Hearing in Corpus Christi on May 25, 2018. They immediately cashed my check, and then started telling me that they had phone and internet problems, and could not deliver or program the aids. It took me three days to make contact with them. They finally contacted me and said I could cancel the order. It would take ten to twelve days to receive my money back. After a follow up phone from me ten days later, they finally issued a check.

I visited the office on Eldridge Parkway and they were beyond wonderful! Nassim is extremely professional and thorough. She addresses all my questions/concerns and never leaves me wondering. Katrina is always two steps ahead with scheduling and financials and just knows how to make someone feel loved. I've seen bad reviews with other offices in the company but I can assure you, these ladies know what they are doing and they do it with love and pride.

I was issued a new sound hearing aids about six months ago and paid for by the V.A. at Victoria tx I returned three times to get adjustments and no better. There seems to be only one thing these people are interested in and that is selling a service contract. If you do not buy the $300 per year service contract you have to visit their office at your own expense and it appears the office visit and adjustments are $300 also.
