This review is a little late since my last appointment but it still needs to be said. After reading the reviews I was skeptical about making an appointment but the location and pricing was just right for someone with no insurance, so I thought why not. This office is terrible all around. Everyone there acted like I didn't even exist, I was never welcomed and never offered an opportunity to ask questions. I went for a cleaning and Suzanne never even looked in my mouth, just looked at my xrays and told me I needed fillings for surface cavities. I got them at her insistence because I've always had great teeth and didn't want to risk them getting deep cavities. What a terrible mistake I made! My husband, Chuck, and I have been going to Dr. Newsome for over 30 years and have been extremely satisfied with her work and her staff. We feel she gives exceptional service for a very reasonable cost, especially when I hear what other people are paying for dental work. We highly recommend her for new patients. Cindy Thompson

I have been a patient of Dr. Newsome's since 1985 and have never had an issue with her or her staff. Even in my early 20s without dental insurance she scheduled multiple visit to repair my teeth after years of seeing an unqualified dentists. She made this affordable and I've had no issues after all these years. She's a no nonsense doctor. She'll not try to sell you unnecessary dental work, but offer you all your options if it is necessary. Plus, she has a great sense of humor. Dr. Newsome and staff are just terrific. They keep us healthy and make coming for a dental appointment a pleasant experience. My husband and I have had excellent care and greatly appreciate Dr. Newsome having her office here in Lewisville and fixing us up when we have needed it.

I absolutely adore this group of (currently, January, 1, 2013) women! The previous review has bothered me so much that I am writing a review, and all that is involved with that, for the first time ever. I have woken up in the middle of the night thinking of it. I hope she does not have the same experience again anywhere else. Dr. Newsome is not the most southernly charmed woman I have ever met.....is that really necessary?!?! The dentist is rude and abrupt. I brought my son for an emergency visit because he had a fall and his tooth is turning gray. She did not address the tooth, which was the whole reason I brought him! I had to chase her down the hallway and all she had to say was "It is awfully dark" and walked away! The assistant was very nice and professional.
