I arrived prior to opening on a Monday morning and expected to wait. I saw where they had 4+ rating & knew they would be busy. I was welcomed by Stevie Prather, by the way he addressed my concerns and problems (car jerked, no display) I assumed he was the owner. He wasn't. He provided assurance, & the BEST customer service. He went above and beyond what was expected. I will give Newsome Automotive all my business in the future. I had a working vehicle with correct tire pressure, no warning icons and a reliable car.
