Always a good experience every visit.
Today was my first visit and I'm glad I went. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are amazing. It was a pleasure meeting Dr. Newsome. He has a great personality, very funny and knowledgeable. Savannah soothed all my anxiety and taught me sooo much. Oh don't let me forget...great music. My family's found a new dental family. Lol
My first visit I sat for almost an hour and so I left not being seen. When I went back sat for 20 minutes before being seen. Charged me $50 for an appointment I never made saying I didn’t cancel within 24hours. The receptionist I spoke with told me I didn’t have an appointment and that it may have been a clutch in the system. When I received a bill in the mail for $50 is when I was told it was because I didn’t cancel in 24 hours, can what I didn’t have an appointment. But the receptionist wanted to schedule a root canal. My wife and me we are going to Newsome Dentist for over 15 years and we all know a new very good dentist to find, specially when you are looking for a new dentist is so hard to find. Dr. Newsome with his wife Barbara and all coworkers doing all the time a outstanding job. My wife and me, we highly recommend Dr. Newsome dental praxis.
Two really hard things to find are a trustworthy dentist and a trustworthy mechanic. Luckily, my fiancé is great with cars but I searched all of Charlotte for a trustworthy dentist and always fell short until I came across Dr. Newsome’s office. My fiancé had a filling done by a “modern fancy upscale” dentist in uptown that was corrected by Dr. Newsome as it was not done properly.
