I ended up canceling my appointment. My first appointment was made weeks in advance for a Monday. i got a call the Friday before my appointment stating I needed to have my records sent over and they need to have them at my appointment or I will have to reschedule. It was after noon on a Friday , and I knew my previous ENTs office was closed so I rescheduled. My mom appointment was at 2:30pm, by her being a new patient we got there early at 1:30pm, with admission papers already filled out to turn in to them. I signed her in at least 1:30pm, and did not even get called back up until 2:50pm, and that's because another nurse who was taking people to the back recognized us sitting there since her shift started. There was 4 PEOPLE SITTING AT THE FRONT DESK THE ENTIRE TIME. Highly disappointed for the front desk service.
