DR. GREAT... Poor organization of surgery scheduling - changes without consulting patient. Never. Notified. No apologies or explanation. Live out of town and already had previous arrangements as well as work canceled! Canceled surgery since not able to meet new assigned date without notice..No offer to assist with rescheduling surgery. Requested copay to be returned and was told it would. Still waiting for further information! Then...called again with reminder of surgery...WHAT???
All care provided was excellent and the staff at the. Facility was friendly and professional.
Everyone is always pleasant and professional and Dr. Newsom is easy to talk to.
