Incredibly disappointing experience. It might work if your teeth are nearly perfect to start with, but otherwise spare yourself. I faithfully followed their treatment instructions and didn't change to the next step until I was given the go ahead by their team, only to eventually hit a point where the aligners were physically impossible to get over my teeth. I contacted them about what next steps would be and they demanded more money. Not sure why they think I would spend more after they already sent me a faulty product, but ... read more

Rogue traders, check the BBB: Take the money and don't provide anything. Scammed lots of people in the UK, currently raising a case with the UICC.

Bad service and dishonest company. They don't want to refund me for retainers that I never received and that I cancelled the order. Do not do business with them. You will lose money and be dissatisfied. Also, I just got charged twice when I didn't receive anything. Read the other comments and you'll see that this isn't their first time and run away. At this point it's downright scam. I would give zero stars if I could.

My 10 year old son has been using the Petal Ultrasonic Cleaner for his retainers for a few months now. The machine is easy for him to operate and rinse out on his own. He uses it immediately after he removes his retainers in the morning and then again at night before puts his retainers back on. NewSmile has been great - timely shipping, good customer service and product is exactly as desribed!
