I had a very disappointing experience at NewSkin Laser. The customer service was poor from the start — staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in resolving issues. The booking system was frustrating and unreliable, making it difficult to secure or change appointments. Most disappointing was the treatment itself. After 7 laser session in 14 months, the hair starts growing back within a week, which was not what I was led to expect. Overall, I don’t feel the service delivered value for money.
