I just finished my 10th appointment at the laser clinic.. Have to say that I had a great experience mainly thanks to the awesome Charisse! She was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her excellent service truly made a difference. Highly recommend! P.S. Had a good experience in this clinic. Wendy was very nice and thoughtful, explained everything to me before my procedure. I felt very comfortable and good taken care of.
I was 4 mins late for my appointment and as I walked in, I saw kirstina sitting at the front desk doing nothing. There were no customers at the clinic when I walked in and so I went up to her and told her I’m here for my 10am neck and sideburns appointment. I got refused service because I was late and there was a customer at 10:10am. I pleaded her that it will not take more than five mins since it’s only a small amount of area. Had a free consultation to discuss spider veins with one of there staff lady brushed me off told me it will go away by themselves after speaking to dermatologist and another skin clinic that wasn’t the truth. Not sure why they wouldnt help don’t recommend this clinic.
