Worst therapeutic and customer service experience I’ve had in my life. I came in for my first session in January and the laser settings were turned down so low that I had hair regrowth in under a week as well as large patches that were not treated at all, I thought this would be a one off issue as I was new to the clinic and they wanted to be on the safer side. Second session in and they refused to increase the settings but instead wanted to lower them more citing the hot weather that day; knowing lower settings do nothing f... read more
I just finished my 10th appointment at the laser clinic.. Have to say that I had a great experience mainly thanks to the awesome Charisse! She was incredibly nice, friendly, and professional, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her excellent service truly made a difference. Highly recommend! P.S.
