BE WARE Watch your insurance & watch your bills, every time I seen this doctor they did great with the Botox, they charged my card at time of service. Then they said oh we can bill your insurance and save you money. They billed my insurance many times for “office visits” which they explained as an admin fee for filing paperwork .
