West Sacramento ledger failed to publish my name change timely. Consequently, I had to drive 40 minutes each way to the court to schedule a new hearing to give them time to publish my ad because they dropped the ball the first time. After they published my ad for 4 weeks, they did not contact me to give me my proof of publishing for the court and I missed the court date again.
