Print is a tough business to be in these days, I appreciate these guys for sticking with it and making it happen for us while continuing with affordability.

Never received a single issue over 7 weeks despite multiple calls to complain about non-delivery and attempts to cancel. Was actually told by customer service rep that I could not cancel and she was not allowed to give refunds. Had to insist multiple times to talk with a supervisor and even then had to threaten going to the state Attorney General before he finally agreed to send a refund. I can only hope that it will actually be delivered.

3 months ago I purchased a Sunday subscription of the paper. I got the first Sunday, and never got another paper again. I complained online every Sunday after realizing my paper wasn't there,and asked for it to be delivered the next day. But they never brought it the next day either. I complained so much, I finally got in contact with someone who claimed to be the district manager. They told me it would be resolved, but has never been fixed.
