Absolutely, heartbreaking, they give your hopes up. Tell you they're gonna hold a unit for you. Until you do your application, get the application done and total. That credit doesn't really matter or make a difference. As they try and work with you and then get rejected.Because supposedly you don't make enough per year.Although you're at the 50% merk, absolutely discouraging and heartbreaking. Terrible company. NewRock abandoned a multi building plan in Blackfalds and has not been heard from, has not built, and has not put the lot up for sale. They have left it looking terrible as it is unfinished. Would not recommend whatsoever.

My experience with NewRock Developments exceeded all expectations. I'm moving into the new Prairie Point Townhomes in Okotoks, and every detail of the property has been thought out. The unit is bright, and spacious from the open concept design. Most importantly I appreciate how they've made this new development affordable. No other builders in Okotoks are keeping this in mind. Classic Construction with a new name. NewRock continues to build substandard, not to code, poorly constructed, overpriced condos and multi-family units. The city is full of their garbage housing. Corruption and greed runs deep.
