Nurse who took care of my sister inlaw's foot and leg today was awesome!
I would truly give 0 stars! It’s horrible! Disgusting ! Treatment towards patients horrible! They have them waiting g 2 to 3 hours to take them to bathroom! Linens aren’t change unless you ask them even then they fully don’t do a bed change! My aunt was fed 2 slices bread for dinner!when asked the social worker I was told the dietician asks them what they like and the go by that ! But she should’ve had a sandwich she said ! My cousin was dying.He couldn't get any help so he called 911. They punished him by taking away his phone, clothes shoes, put him in a wheelchair and left him in the cafeteria for 5 hours. We called and left messages for 3 days trying to get a hold of someone and no one called back. Very dangerous place!!
I want to give special recognition to the Activity Department. Bho and his staff go the extra mile with their experience, passion and creativity to make activities and parties fun for the residents. Activity time is an important part of a resident's day for their morale, stimulation and socialization. Under construction, no attention to patient needs medical or even water for them, little mattress beds, they don't have garbage cans in rooms. It's looks very unsanitary
