Looks good an new.
Family member was left sitting in their urine for hours and no one cleans their room or made the bed. Very disgusted .
The staff along with the Administration team is always willing to help us with any questions or concerns. It’s nice to have people that truly listen and not just hear us.
I have been extremely impressed with the team caring for my brother at the Pearl. This staff has very challenging patients and has been very responsive and personable to answer my questions and concerns. My brother is at the Pearl for Rehab, and is difficult to deal with to be honest.
