No communication at all my family member was robbed off 1300 when they moved him to another room made a report and heard Nutin staff do not care all his stuff goes missing they don’t bathe him properly just awful
The establishment is shaping up very well. New renovations of flooring, wallpaper and electrical work looking so clean and neat. Staff is pleasant and considerate.
My family member at the Pearl don’t have enough help when they needs some help. Nice people working there ,but only one nurse for the whole rehab.
Nurse who took care of my sister inlaw's foot and leg today was awesome!
I would truly give 0 stars! It’s horrible! Disgusting ! Treatment towards patients horrible! They have them waiting g 2 to 3 hours to take them to bathroom! Linens aren’t change unless you ask them even then they fully don’t do a bed change! My aunt was fed 2 slices bread for dinner!when asked the social worker I was told the dietician asks them what they like and the go by that ! But she should’ve had a sandwich she said !
