This place does not return calls. They are not helpful at all if you have a problem. They just keep passing you around to different people. Don't send your loved one here.
I was surprised at the reaction I received when I spoke to the staff about wanting to visit my friend and as soon as I mentioned her by name they all smiled and replied we love her. I sensed a real genuineness about my friend being cared for. I have heard of places being short staffed I don’t know if it’s true here but I found a friendly face that cared about my friend. And that set my heart at ease.
Whenever I visit my family member the staff is always friendly and very helpful. Each person goes out of their way to answer questions and offer needed information. I appreciate knowing that my family member is in a safe environment. My only wish is that our government will see the need for more funding not only for Long Term Care Facilities, but also for the dedicated staff who serve the residents. May God bless them all.
