Terrible services customers service are so rude , how it is possible this kind of company has a lot properties.
This company deserves less than one star if I could give it. My experience with NewRez has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. I started trying to refinance my mortgage in March, and after months of delays, broken promises, and virtually no communication, I finally gave up and switched to another lender.
