They are incredible unprofessional! No request is taken seriously. Story time… I am pay early every payment, and I have to self pay my insurance and taxes. As soon as I got both bills I paid them and immediately (same day) reached out to let NewRez know it was paid. I sent over documents and payment receipts. So on 9/24 I reached out to NewRez to let them know I paid the insurance. NewRez is the WORST!!! They have charged me 3 months of PMI even after I have an appraisal and letter saying I no longer need it. They are thieves!!!
I have had my property for about 9 years. I got sick and I paid one day late. I asked to have the late fee waived because of me being sick and Newrez told me no. I've never paid them late before.
