We have been in real estate for a long time and use many different lenders and newrez is so horrible that I am actually taking time out of my insanely busy day to leave them a bad review. They are by for the worst lenders we have worked with. They have submitted incorrect insurance policies on our properties, have done inaccurate escrow analyses, over-drafted payments from our account, they are impossible to get ahold of, the list goes on and on. If you can, steer clear of this lender at all costs!
Worst mortgage company anyone can ever have they lifted my mortgage 50$ because they thought I didn't have insurance on the house so they went and bought the most expensive one..
