This company bought out my original mortgage company caliber unbeknownst to me and after 4 months I find out that they bought caliper and my payments have been going in on time and these guys decide to charge me late charges because it's not being sent directly to them as opposed to company that they bought. When I finally found out about this and called to rectify the situation, they didn't attempt to solve the problem at all other than you owe us money for late charges. Absolutely the worst company to work with Newrez employees are not helpful at all. Don’t think about calling and resolving an issue because they will not help you at all.
So far the website is a bit glitchy but worked for what I needed. Not a good sign to start but we'll see...
Website is terrible. Try to setup auto pay. Click continue and does nothing. Click the question icon next to Escrow. Does nothing. Go to F&Q. Click drop-down for can I remove escrow. Days answer: blank. Very janky website. Call support. Very in depth call tree. You'll spend 10 minutes just to get someone who may not be able to help.
Customer service is poor at best, I will likely regret the next 13 years with them.
