Website always broken/having issues.
yes, not a great experience with this company. I have been providing proof of flood insurance since Sept 2025 but they still continue to charge their own flood insurance cost. Very frustrating and what should be an easy remedy is becoming a nightmare to even get someone who can address. rating should be half a star honestly. avoid if possible
I had no problems with my Escrow doing payoff and when I called their billing dept. they put in a cancel for my auto pay. Pretty smooth process, it was just their automated phone service and finding the contact number that takes 1 star away.
Terrible company. They were the 4th company to service the loan that I took out 20 years ago. Started out as Citi, sold to GreenTree, then Ditech, and finally, Newrez. No problems over the years until I tried an early payoff of my mortgage a few months ago. My bank wired the quoted amount, but it never showed up on my online payment history. Called a few days later and found out that an insurance payment had been disbursed the same day, resulting in a negative escrow balance, so they couldn't process the payment as a payoff.... read more
