If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I am paying my mortgage every month which includes my property taxes. They take your money and do not disburse it to make tax payments. My tax bill has been delinquent for a long time now. Interest is accruing daily and Newrez keeps doing endless "investigations' and not paying my tax bill. The tax department is located in Guatemala and there is zero accountability for serious issues not being handled properly. Avoid this company at all costs. Absolutely no communication, wait times and trying to get ahold of people to talk to is next to impossible. They have me tied up and I can’t even work with another company because new Rez won’t respond to any emails of calls.
