If you can, re finance and get another mortgage company. It is impossible to get anybody at Bewrez to do anything for you, if you can get someone to answer the phone. I’ve been trying to drop my mortgage insurance for a year, and it’s taken that long to get Newrez to look at it. Worst Mortgage Company around

Avoid Newrez for Mortgage Refinancing! I wanted to refinance my home loan with Newrez since they’re my current mortgage lender (out of many options I had), but that turned out to be a huge mistake.
