Helen Caverson was so so helpful walking me through everything I needed to do in purchasing my new home and explained everything clearly.

Not only was he prompt in returning my calls or email, his patience was so appreciated with sharing his knowledge and the many, many questions I always had. New Rez is lucky to have him as part of their finance team.
I can not get a simple payoff from these people
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. You can’t even get in touch with a human on the phone. The automated system just hangs up on you at a certain point. The chat is just as bad. The agent wasn’t helpful and ended the chat before anything was resolved. I would never recommend this company. Edit: I called the number in your reply and got sent to voicemail. What a joke.
