So unfortunate for me to have to write this review. I have one home financed through this company which went smoothly. But years later I try to apply for a second loan, I get told I need to pay off some things showing on my credit worth thousands only for the loan to get denied even with a lot of money down? Also took about 1.5 months-2 months to even get a final answer. Went to Rocket Mortgage instead and they gave me an approval in 2 days! Don’t waste your time here.

This company had the most painful customer service AI experience ever. Its almost impossible to get an actual representative on the phone l. I was hung up on 3 times before getting a real person. As a professional in the real estate industry I just wanted to know what this companies average time to complete a mortgage assumption and no one there knew anything. I will never recommend this company to any of my clients. Worse than Mr Cooper. You have been warned.
great program, cheaper rates and closing costs than competitors, closed us in 2.5 weeks from application. Highly recommend.
