They have one of the worst customer support systems in the country. I’m trying to reach someone, but it’s impossible to get through to anyone.
The experience has been good so far except that I’ve been with them for 6 years, never late on my payments but still they won’t get rid of PMI, that’s my main issue .
the convenience of calling in to self service my mortgage and make my payment is great. I was having my roof done and was looking for a way to avoid pulling from my retirement to pay for the project.
