Stay far away from this mortgage company. They've been nothing but issues the most recent one being they took out my mortgage payment and are trying to say it was refunded to me when my bank statements very clearly show otherwise. They refuse to accept their mistake and instead are making me jump through hoops to prove I never got this money back when it shows clear as day on my bank statements it was never refunded to me.

I wonder if Shane Ross, a member of the leadership team as the Head of Servicing for Newrez has any clue that the majority of the customer service agents the customer have to deal with do not listen to the customer, in addition they do not seem to have the ability to use the gray matter between their ears, and only have the ability to regurgitate what is on their computer screen. To be clear, I rate Newrez ZERO stars. My loan was sold to Newrez right after closing. I've been with them for just over a year. Worst company ever. Not one single employee speaks English as their first language. They won't let you talk to any kind of supervisor. They screwed up my taxes, missed the due date, took the higher fee from my escrow which is against the law and refused to credit it back. PA is not required to send your mortgage company tax bills, so I have to send them in. Here we go again...round 2...they can't f... read more

Jennifer Schulle has been very very helpful in helping me obtain a new loan. She has maintained a very professional attitude thru out my non professional rants about all the paper work and other non professional rants. I am happy she didn't hang up the phone.
