Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Irresponsible and lack of duty of care. I attended for 5 sessions, then I was told that the person I was seeing was going on maternity leave. No mention of this when I first visited. I was offered to be placed with someone else but they wanted me to pay for 90min consultation to start over. Was told by person that I was seeing in the first place that she “will try” and pass some notes to my new therapist. Emma G. is an excellent psychologist who has so far shown herself to be helpful and competent for my needs, especially in the context of neurodivergence and specifically ADHD. I would recommend her highly to anyone.
I highly recommend Grace Palmer, especially for those who are neurodivergent. I initially started seeing Grace to navigate some major life changes, including a breakup. Once things began to settle, she suggested we could shift focus to understanding my ADHD and learning how to work with the way my brain works. Okay service, but between my chemist not receiving my script back in October and the fact I offen have to call several times to rebook my appointment, I've even called right after they attempted to charge my card and gone to voice mail, NewPsych only delivers a two star service most days. The only reason I havent moved on is that lack of doctors prescribing for ADHD.
