Alex has great customer service skills he was excellent clean neat kept me informed always on time the vanity and shower looks beautiful I would highly recommend Alex if anyone asks me who installed your shower
I will never use new pro ever again customer service sucks they did my tub in 2019 said everything is warranted for life and my cocking changed color then they fixed it a couple of years ago and it changed color again now they want to charge me for them to fix it and said the water is causing it but never said that before so everything that they said in 2019 is wrong when they said everything is life time warranty they are lying and said my warranty ran out because they don't want to fix it again that is why and the person f... read more
