Unfortunately have had the same experience as many here. The quality of the product is mostly good from my experience, but customer service is 0/10. Don't respond to your emails, after getting payment they stop responding, miss your deadline and don't contact you. Even if that means the items are no longer of use to you because they are late. It's very frustrating.. so save your $ and stress.
Newprint is the best printing company in Ottawa! They provided us with a number of services this year such as printing magazines, books and pamphlets for our company - I highly recommend working with this company as they are extremely professional and provide exceptional customer service.
