DO NOT COME TO YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT WITHOUT ANY WAY X RAYS, SCANS, ETC. OH and make sure you have a CD of your x rays or scans cause for what ever reason they refuse to open up a digital file AND WILL TURN YOU AWAY WITHOUT A CD! When they refer you out to their preferred x ray / scans offices, the referrals they hand you are sloppy! Like LITERALLY HAND WRITING AND FILLING OUT THE FORM CORRECTLY TYPE OF SLOPPY. I was pleasantly surprised by the care of got from Dr. Matthewson for my wrist injury. He was very kind, thorough, and spent a good amount of time listening to my history. The doctor wrapped tape around my wrist to give it more stability. He was also helpful with a recommendation for a specific wrist stabilizer. Which later I found that it didn't help with my wrist pain, but caused me more pain And when I came back to talk him, he had no really concern for my extreme pain. I was pleasantly surprised by the care of got from Dr. Matthewson for my wrist injury. He was very kind, thorough, and spent a good amount of time listening to my history. I'm eager for the MRI results so I can get back to my life. In the meantime, he wrapped tape around my wrist to give it more stability. He was also helpful with a recommendation for a specific wrist stabilizer. As for the staff, they seemed very pleasant. However, calling their office is time consuming.

I had a great experience here. Martha was kind and efficient in getting me checked-in. Dr. Benvegnu was knowledgeable, thorough, and I was highly satisfied with the care he provided.

I was shocked to wait over 2 hours for my appointment, and received not one ounce of acknowledgment. I finally had to leave because I hadn’t packed a lunch and my blood sugar had gotten low. I advised the receptionist that I would need to reschedule and she didn’t even acknowledge me just handed me a card with a new date for 2 weeks out.
