Very happy with our apartment and especially with managers Brian and Lorna. They get things done. Real assets to Drewlo.
5 stars! I'm very happy I chose to rent here. The apartment is stylish, modern, with wide hallway, fairly big kitchen island and a big balcony (east and west sides). Building management team, Brian and Lorna, are very nice, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. Any maintenance request I’ve submitted was handled promptly. If you need a walker / scooter or any mobility aid stay clear of these buildings. Great sidewalk clearing but they don't clean the section that connects to the road.
Do not rent in this building. The company ignores any and all noise complaints unless the noise is constant! I have been fighting them for two years to address a disrespectful and loud tenant and they continue to do nothing. I asked to move to an identical unit to remedy this situation and they said they can do that but I have to pay significantly more rent and sign a new lease. Absolutely appalling. I can't wait to leave this building as soon as possible. No person deserves this kind of treatment. Do better.
