If you need a walker / scooter or any mobility aid stay clear of these buildings. Great sidewalk clearing but they don't clean the section that connects to the road.
Do not rent in this building. The company ignores any and all noise complaints unless the noise is constant! I have been fighting them for two years to address a disrespectful and loud tenant and they continue to do nothing. I asked to move to an identical unit to remedy this situation and they said they can do that but I have to pay significantly more rent and sign a new lease. Absolutely appalling. I can't wait to leave this building as soon as possible. No person deserves this kind of treatment. Do better.
Updated Nov 2024. We moved into 955 James Street in January 2021. Hot tub restrictions: BE ADVISED The hot tub holds a MAX. of 2 people for the residents of 2 - 12 storey buildings and in recent months been out of service or colder than normal.
Drewlo is a great place to work. Love all the positive feedback we get from our tenants. The bright smiles and good mornings certainly bring positive vibes to the building. Glad we are making such a positive impact on the daily life’s of the tenants here at Newport Village.
