Update 2025 after living there for 3 years and finally got my deposit back. GOOD LUCK. I hope you enjoy excessive fees, expect your rent to be like $300 higher. You’re forced to pay $50 a month for gig stream Internet, which really is not that great, and even if you don’t use it and get your own service, you still have to pay for it in your rent. The Good: I enjoyed the size of our townhome. I liked the area, and the trees are absolutely gorgeous. I loved being about a ten-minute lunchtime drive to the National Mall, or catching the bus right out front that connects with the Metro. Initially, maintenance was also very responsive and efficient. (Not true the last year, it went over a cliff at some point). The Bad: Expensive, from the get go, and then UP and UP and UP. Management only brought a machine to dry the carpet, left it running, and never returned. The machine has been running nonstop for over two weeks, causing serious breathing issues for us and a very high electric bill.
