Great community for the price and the staff at the office is really helpful and friendly , they took care of all our needs soon as requested.
Avoid Newport Village especially Building 4829, Apt 202 and trust 1 star reviews. This is easily the worst place I have ever lived in. Serious mice and roach problems in all buildings and completely ineffective management that ignores resident complaints. The neighbor below us in Apartment 101 is a DJ who plays extremely loud music that literally shakes the floors for hours, and management never took action despite repeated reports.
