My experience with Newport Village has been great. I've been here less than a year but most importantly the management team has been great. Emalee Williams helped me from day 1 from the smallest to the biggest has always been a great help and I really appreciate her for that.
The lady in the office, Emily, was great. She made my tour experience smooth and explained everything is perfect detail.
My expierence with Ms. Emalee was flawless. She is one of a kind and very knowledgeable in explaining and answering all my questions. I love her professionalism while chatting and filling out necessary paperwork. She always spoke in a positive tone. When I walk into her office you can feel that positive karma that makes the room come alive. I am so happy that I have chosen this community to live in. Emalee was great she went out of her way to help me. She's very professional and returns calls and text messages promptly. Had it not been for her I'm not sure if this process would have been possible.
The staff (Denise and Emily) were absolutely fantastic. The property is well maintained and clean. The tours are easy to do with the app. Thank you guys for making this transition the easiest yet. Update: I’ve been here 7 months and and I still have no complaints. Emily and the staff have been very helpful throughout my stay here. Of course, every facility will have some issues. But they address the issues in a timely and professional manner.
