Making a new post since this has yet to be addressed. THE NEW AND CONSTANT ISSUE IS THE PRICE GOUGING since I've been here the cost to have a guest park and or use the pool, (its the same system to use) keeps rising without a notification, warning, townhall, or reason. From $8 dollars to $10 to now $12 a night is ridiculous. And you can't even say that's normal. Riverside apartments in Old Town is only 3 dollars. They're nearly impossible to contact when something goes wrong and there's no communication between maintenance staff and the office. This allows maintenance issues (such as a moldy shower) to go unresolved for months. In fact, it took over a year to have my tub properly caulked. They tried to use photographs from three months prior to my move out date as evidence that I did not clean and charged me $700. I sent actual photos of the move-out condition, but history tells me they will stick to the charge.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever experienced. First off, the place is INFESTED with massive cockroaches and mice. Trash is constantly overflowing, creating an even bigger pest problem. To make matters worse, the water gets randomly turned off for days or even weeks at a time, leaving residents without such a BASIC necessity!!! The management here is unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks on end. As I write this, there is still a gaping hole... read more
