I guess the prices include the extra hair you get in your food. Received a cooked in hair on eggs. Server promptly took it back to the kitchen and quickly returned informing us they “took it off”. This did not mean the took the meal off of the bill. They removed the hair and brought the SAME EGGS back out. After requesting fresh eggs, instead of remaking the rest of the dish, they let it sit there and get soggy while (assuming) fresh eggs were made. My family and I like to support local restaurants. Every Friday night, the 10 of us randomly pick a local restaurant to order from, and this week we chose this place. We placed a large takeout order around 6 PM. Hugo, who I believe is the manager, took our order. I want to be fair and say that the food itself was good. The problem was the pricing and the way the situation was handled afterward. Based on the prices advertised on their online menu, our order should have been around $290. The staff were all so friendly and genuine. One of the best meals I've had in awhile; steak grilled exactly as ordered. Kudo's to all the staff at this establishment. Please don't forget to tip the servers that are deserving :-)
