Rented tractor and York rake was quoted by owner $500.00 for two days. Never received receipt or was informed of so called delivery charge. Learned later they charged a total of 689.00. My father rented it used for three hours and tire fell off rim. Attempted to contact them in advance to notify them could not reach anyone. When they came to pick up they charged him $212.00 plus charged an additional $54.00 for tire and then refused to give him remaining time or another day.
