Unfortunately can’t give a ZERO for this Mob! Most unfriendly, unhelpful and rude staff I have had the misfortune to meet. Not interested in a full weigh of our Motorhome. The office lady said that they are the only public weigh bridge in Cairns so basically come back later or not! We chose NOT!
Excellent customer service from initial phone call enquiries. On arrival & departure Paris was outstanding, so helpful and professional. I will highly recommend this business. Thank you.
We had our caravan and car weighed here several times before we took off on our lap. Girls in the office are amazing and super efficient. Bonus was our 5yo getting to watch cars getting picked up by the scrap grapples (claw) on the way out.
