Much of the things that were told to me that would have been finished before moving, never was. All the electrical/plumbing is old and poorly installed. Stolen items in the garage.

The new changes happening are super positive! The elevator finally looks clean and the lobby/pool area is looking very nice! my kids and I love it
The new manager contacted me and was trying to coercer me into changing my one star review. He sent pictures of what has changed and was pleasant until he felt the need to show me my review did not matter. The review by Christian Aleman is the new manager himself, and one of the 5 star reviews is from him himself. Unless I hear otherwise from current tenants my rating will remain. I hope the best for this new management, but absolutely will not change my review with how bad this place was prior to live, just because it’s bee... read more
