Thank you Dr. Liz! 5 days before my first race of season I broke my toe, And raced anyway! With no time for recovery, I had trained for and raced a full distance ironman 5 weeks later. 🥹 3 days post race, the pain of walking was unbearable, running was not an option. I started going to PT with Dr. Roberts and she introduced me to her weight class for women. LIFTed has been great for building strong female relationships as well as strong bodies and minds!! I’d highly recommend it! We learn a lot about the importance of stretching and pushing ourselves to set and reach our goals in the gym. A+
