I have just completed my second Active Aging class at NPT. The class involves ten one hour sessions spread over ten weeks. Supervised by the professional staff, participants are put through a varied series of exercises timed to popular music . These exercises are designed to challenge , develop and provide renewed fitness to participants’ , the majority of whom are collecting social security benefits. I am a disabled male, 77 years young .
