I have had a fantastic experience with the strength training classes here! Hannah is an excellent teacher, taking care to make sure that each person understands the different exercises, is doing them properly and safely and is getting their individual maximum benefit from the classes. Hannah is so professional, upbeat, friendly and encouraging! This program has exceeded my expectations and I was very happy to be able to sign up for another group of classes for the fall! Excellent program and instructors! Highly recommend!
