This place is absolutely ridiculous took my son in for his appointment walk in and they said they called and canceled. I asked who you call because you didn't call me? I have has soo many problems over the years here from them forgetting my son and I were in a room waiting to be seen i left after and hour of waiting and then they charged my insurance. They are absolutely horrible wish they would open a new Pediatrics so people had options.
I have been going sense a child myself unfortunately when seen my daughter two days ago was bounced around just to be sent home with a sling no communication someone will call. Fast forward two days later crystal called pleasant at first no broken bones mind you not a doctor and began being very argumentative when asked questions. I have concerns that went unanswered. Do better Newport pediatrics who cares if it’s a split family that didn’t need to be pointed out co-parenting is a thing!
This clinic is absolutely terrible, there’s not enough words in the English language to convey the disdain I have for this place! You can go through the reviews and absolutely nothing has chan with this lousy medical clinic! Outside of a maybe one or two nurses, most are rude, condescending, inconsiderate & insensitive! The only issue I have is the long wait. My doctor is Sarah mcullif and she's really great I love her a lot. I just don't like the wait time
