Doctor is fine but his staff never answers the phone. It is so hard to contact anyone in this office
My review is about the receptionists and billing management. Back in August, they over charged my copayment in two of my visits, after my insurance, I've been trying to get my refund since September. Their billing office first said it will take up to six weeks. Nothing happened for two and a half months. I also tried to contact their office manager because their business office said refund comes from them. However, when it comes to refund, there just no manager at all at anytime. I have been a patient of Dr. Ting for a while. He is a caring excellent doctor. My review of the doctor has been five star always and since the other aspects of this office has changed, I’m modifying my previous review regarding the appointments and office waiting time. With my recent appointments I have been much happier since everything seems to be more orderly. The patients don’t seem to be overbooked and I have been seen within a very reasonable time frame. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the recent service I received at your medical practice on Dec/11/2023 with Dr. James Ting scheduled at 11am in your Irvine office. Regrettably, my experience was marred by an unreasonably excessive wait time. I waited for an hour past my scheduled appointment, which not only inconvenienced me but also disrupted my daily plans.
