Slight inclines through out the course and the police were very helpful with coordinating runners and traffic flow. Course appeared to be marked well for first time runners.

The One City Marathon is an absolute top-tier event that exceeded my expectations in every way! From start to finish, the logistics were flawless—smooth registration, easy packet pickup, and attention to detail made everything stress-free. Communication leading up to the race was excellent, with timely updates about race day, weather, and logistics. The course is fair and fast (speaking for the half marathon only). Before race logistics were good--very cold morning but access to the high school near the start and the heated buses to get there were nice. Plenty of water stops along the course if needed. Only complaint was the disappointing finish area festivities. We went to the fermentory there to redeem my beer vouchers--I was stopped at the door and said no beer was sold there; the person blocking the door from my wife and baby from entering while also being shocked t... read more
