Sadly, Customer service just isn't there. the sales floor's only objective is to get you to purchase, any not to help customers, and customer experience. While in an environment like this, there is no support on product selection that is proper. Followed by essentially no return or replacement policy, or process to take care of customers no matter how long you have been with the company or been purchasing from them. There’s no prices displayed and the store is very small, everything’s smushed together so it’s overwhelming and confusing. Plus if you go in not knowing what u want the guy there makes u feel silly so probably not best to go in alone as a newbie.
