The staff is rude. They have no respect for your time. They treat you horribly. I have never been so disappointed in an organization. Showed up at 9:20 to get a 10:00 appointment slot to still be sitting hear unseen at 11:30……… the 11:00 time slots are literally going before me. This is horrible.

Updated Review: 8/2024 Answered the phone right away. The new location is clean and seems better organized. Staff was wonderful, only downside was we waited 2 hours to be seen. The kids are ready for school now :) Original Review: 8/2023 Could use clearer direction on how to schedule an appointment for immunizations instead of being redirected repeatedly just to be hung up on Got there to be asked "did you call?"
