Omg there is no way this city get 5 stars after what I went through to try and start a business in Chesapeake FORGOT OPENING A BUSINESS IN CHESAPEAKE GIVE WRONG INFO NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING HAVE TO JUMP THROUGH PILES OF RED TAPE UNBELIEVABLE THE CITY IS LOSING 100S OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. I GAVE UP AFTER WASTE A WHOLE DAY TRYING TO GET A SIMPLE BUSINESS LIC. AT CHESAPEAKE, CITY HALL.
