In addition to regularly schedule classes we also offer special workshops with nationally known teachers and a monthly Christmas ornament club. Respond to requests. Sent two emails and two phone calls about some items with no response. What a way to run business. You have lost a customer. I estimate the sale would have been between $400.00 & $500.00. Went elsewhere received excellent service. Will continue with that shop.
I am very disappointed with the service I've received. I brought in 2 items to be finished 2 1/2 months before I needed to bring it to my grandchildren. After several calls, (they didn't call me back) I was told it came in, just 2 days before we were to leave. The price they told me was exorbitant, more than twice what I've paid for similar items in the past.
