Have been a loyal customer off/on for a long time and we shop in the Bayside center all the time. Two weeks ago, my youngest son desperately needed to use the restroom and the coffee shop had a long line. I walked in to ask if we could use the restroom- the nail salon was empty, except one customer. The two ladies spoke in Vietnamese and then rejected us. This salon will upcharge you and pressure you, upsell you. I declined the extra pedi package 3 times, repeatedly asked for a basic pedi. They still asked for sea salt, then they asked for paraffin, then asked for neck massage. Wouldn't offer a basic pedi for their listed price, apparently. I felt like I was in a used car lot. Impossible to get a basic pedi here. Despite numerous times declining all the extras, I still ended up with an upcharge. When I questioned it, she said "it's OK don't leave a tip." I came in last minute before an event and spent about $135 with tip for a pedicure (no polish) and dip nails. I don’t usually leave reviews and I’m not picky, nor do I get my nails done often. Unfortunately, the dip application was very thick and uneven, with rough edges around the skin and little shaping. I have naturally small nail beds, and the final result looked bulky and not very natural. I don’t like to speak negatively so I’ll just say this was a 1 star experience . Save your money and go elsewhere . This photo is less than 1 week after a gel manicure for $65.
