Up date post: It has been 3 years since my childrens first class here and my not so little ones are still training here and have come on more than I could have imagined! Absolutely love the place and it is more than a gym, they build a special bond like a family! We took the summer off training this year because we went traveling and my boys were itching to come back to see everyone. My son has been training at Newport MMA for over a year now, and we are very happy. This is the best gym in Wales with professional coaches who find an approach to each student. The atmosphere is friendly and motivating. Many thanks to the team for their excellent work!
