I had an amazing experience and love my audiologist Dr Kendall. Her patience with me was over the top. She and her staff were always professional and kind. I was extremely apprehensive about the idea of hearing aids..and in the end it was the best decision I could make to trust this firm to take all the fears and guesswork out of this monumental decision. A forever client…❤️
2026 : Dr Caitlyn Davis is an excellent articulate Dr here who is no longer here! So disappointing! Fine listener and Dr to progress my welfare . Very very disappointing . The technicians have terrible bedside manner . They are tight lipped and give you little explanation of the meaning or the results of the extensive testing required. They required five hours of testing before even seeing and meeting with the Dr in charge. Only one Dr can give you the results of your tests though they employ over nine Audiologists .. The Dr cancelled not one but two appts with me to go over my results. They told me I could not have my medical records to take to another facility unles... read more

Excellent care. My 2 nd series of care in the last 5 years for 2 different occurances. The kindness of the staff from front desk to each Dr on board here proves they do care. Balanced issues are scary and you don’t feel good at the point of coming in the first place.i recommend going with the various tests and do not hesitate about it. They find out exactly where your problem areas are and lay out a plan to address it. First occurrence was severe and years after the recent one was not, yet needed skilled attention.
