Very very disappointing . The technicians have terrible bedside manner . They are tight lipped and give you little explanation of the meaning or the results of the extensive testing required. They required five hours of testing before even seeing and meeting with the Dr in charge. Only one Dr can give you the results of your tests though they employ over nine Audiologists .. The Dr cancelled not one but two appts with me to go over my results. They told me I could not have my medical records to take to another facility unles... read more
Amazing team led by Dr. Mango. They really helped me and I’m grateful for their expertise.
Excellent care. My 2 nd series of care in the last 5 years for 2 different occurances. The kindness of the staff from front desk to each Dr on board here proves they do care. Balanced issues are scary and you don’t feel good at the point of coming in the first place.i recommend going with the various tests and do not hesitate about it. They find out exactly where your problem areas are and lay out a plan to address it. First occurrence was severe and years after the recent one was not, yet needed skilled attention. Absolutely horrible experience. My mother who is 85 yeas old with dementia has been complaining of dizziness and has had issues with he balance for over a year. When her doctor recommended this facility, we were hopeful that she would finally find some relief. We scheduled an appointment for January 15.. We checked in, and our initial impression of the place was good, however, that impression changed when we met the audiologist/ technician (whatever her title is).
