billed my wife's insurance after she paid cash. collected funds from HMO insurance. still won't refund what she paid in cash. she was mislead by office the procedure wasn't covered but our insurance, then they took cash and then when ahead and billed insurance and received a payment. double dipping/insurance fraud. how many other patients do they do this too.
Newport Medical Solutions is a nightmare to work with, they billed incorrectly and overcharged by $4700 for a medical device / service that was not received by my boss who was the patient. To make matters worse, the bill went unpaid because of the billing error (being overcharged by $4700) by Newport Medical Solutions and they "wrongfully" sent it to collections. We have reached out to Elizabeth Nastasi "Liz" at Newport Medical Solutions and expressed our concerns, both by identifying the problem with their fraudulent billin... read more
