I appreciate the service, but I ended back at the hospital within 3 days. My oxygen is not good. Just because a patient does not have insurance or their insurance comes back inactive does not mean send that person home. Treat the patient like you would a person that has insurance.
This experience was not so positive. As a retired nurse, nursing 101 dictates that health care personnel introduce themselves, their certification and what they're about to do. From admit to every single nurse and doctor did not introduce themselves, curtains and doors were not closed. I waited an eternity for an ice pack. Name tags turned around or gooped up with cutsie stickers etc. I received a shot 💉 that can be given in the deltoid but, because it burns like hell, should've been given ventrogluteal. Victoria Brady was our nurse today and she was awesome she made us feel welcome and without judgement. My husband went in having a really bad headache due to some bumps that showed up on his head and they took care of him and did everything they could to make him comfortable. So thank you sweet Victoria you are a blessing 💚🌻
